New Delhi, India, June 22: The All England Lawn Tennis Club has collaborated with Delhi’s historic dessert institution, Kuremal Kulfi, to launch a limited-edition Strawberries and Cream Kulfi.
Launched to coincide with The Championships, the Kulfi combines the flavour of Wimbledon’s traditional strawberries and cream with one of India's most iconic summer desserts, bringing the taste of Wimbledon to tennis fans in Delhi.
The specially crafted kulfi will be available across four select Kuremal outlets in Delhi from 23 June to 12 July: Connaught Place, Bengali Market, Hauz Khas, and Chandni Chowk.
The activity comes following landmark audience growth in India, which is now Wimbledon's largest market globally in terms of unique audience reach with a viewership of 82.4 million.
The rising appetite for tennis in India is also reflected in applications for the Wimbledon Public Ballot, where tennis fans from around the world entering for their chance to attend The Championships. In 2024, the All England Club recorded a 69% year-on-year increase in public ballot applications from India, while the number of scanned tickets on-site at the All England Club registered to visitors from India rose by 62% in 2025 compared with the previous year.
For those who are unable to experience the magic of The Championships in person, the collaboration with Kuremal Kulfi reflects Wimbledon’s continued commitment to engaging audiences around the world in ways that feel both celebratory and locally meaningful.
